Intro
This blog is where we’ll share what we’ve been up to with our PPC stuff that everyone’s talking about (you probably got an email that led you here, for example).
We’ve been using these new PPC strategies for some time now, and making a small fortune with them.
The basis for our method comes from Wall Street analytics…kind of makes sense when you think about it, right? The chief difference is that instead of “bidding” on stocks, here we’re bidding on keywords.
If it doesn’t make total sense to you just yet, don’t worry, it will.
We decided to put together a video that will show you exactly how we do what we do.
There will be no charge for the video.
We won’t hold anything back, either—we’re going to explain exactly how we made over $2,000,000 (net) in 2006 with our PPC campaigns.

Eric Rusch :
Hi Amish and Larry,
I'm looking forward to learning from you guys. Just one thing bothers me a tiny bit. You mention making over $2,000,000 last year. Wouldn't it be much more meaningful to include how much you netted last year.
I have no doubt I could make 2 million too… if I spent 3 million. No disrespect intended as I'm sure you do well. But when you talk about being up front on everything, might as well keep it consistent across the board. People like me (lots of us) are justifiably leery of any and all unsubstantiated claims.
Eric
Amish :
Your Right. It was $2MM net. How much did we spend? Probably a little less than half of that, around 900K.
We are going to show you exactly how we did it. More vidoes to come tomorrow. (You are here early!

Hi Amish and Larry,
Thank you for these free videos - I look forward to them.
I might be jumping the gun here but I am very intreagued by *REMOVED* mentioned over at SEO2020.
I joined a recent PPC tracking membership just prior to Christmas, I wont mention any names but this membership was way over priced IMHO. It offered scant learning material and whilst the software for tracking had all the right ideas it simply didn't work. The click tracking was all over the place which rendered it useless. The creators kept putting it down to misc extra clicks possibly due to Google reps and the such but they failed to understand that I was telling them Adwords showed more clicks that the tracking software. It wasn't adding extra clicks, it was not noticing all of them in the first place!?!
I think tracking right down to the keyword in PPC is 100% critical to true success - not to mention freeing one from being a slave to the process!!
If you guys have managed to create a system that does this properly, I am VERY keen to know more and want it like yesterday!
Can you share anything on *REMOVED* or it still under wraps?
I'm looking for a new solution right now and am finding hard to find one with promise. Can you say when *REMOVED* may be released?
Thanks again,
Mike Grzywacz

Hi Amish and Larry,
That is a substantial cashflow for PPC. Are you saying that you are able to manage that kind of activity between just the 2 of you? I would sure like to know how you would do that.
I barely have enough time to do what I do know without adding another dimension of complexity with managing adwords accounts.
BTW, I heard mention of tools and I have considered using this intelli response for ROI analysis. It sounds just like some of the things you are talking about.
I want something similar to a stock day trading system or something similar that I can setup and minimally monitor.
I looks forward to your future reports, however you may want to keep down the verbal bashing of "Other" Marketers as wel are all not scammers and rip-off artists.
Thanks
Rod
Amish :
We know that NOT all other marketers are scamming or rip-off artists. There are MANY marketers who provide real value to the community. But there are still too many that do not.
Rod Beckwith :
Hi Amish,
I would tend to agree that there is a lot of noise to signal out there…
Speaking of that, I noticed you *REMOVED* the URL I posted and didn't answer the question about the service. I am not an affiliate of that company, nor do I have anything financial to gain for showing that URL.
I just want to know what your opinion of the service was. I thought that is part of what you guys did…give other folks advice and opinions of what is good and what isn't.
You also didn't address my other question of if it was only you 2 that were running these campaigns by yourselves or had help.
Please get back to me,
Rod
Luke Fitzsimmons :
Hi Guys
I hear what you are saying and am very interested to see what you have to say about PPC management.
Q: do you get your revenue from affiliate commissions or do you engage in client management and lead generation?
Look forward to your input
Amish :
Rod,
Sorry the URL was removed, that is something we have setup our blog to do automatically. FYI, we put the information back into your post!
Now getting to your questions-
Larry and I ran the campaigns ourselves using our own methods. Those are very advanced microsoft excel spreadsheets tied to databases. We then took those and build a small home grown software. Our home grown software is similar to Intelli Response. We can automate our bidding, maximize ROI, and other features. We also have some competitor search and some GREAT keyword research technology. We treat our campaigns as if they were stocks in a portfolio and that is how you should manage your PPC. It works! More to come on all that soon.
I have personally not used Intelli Response, so I can not say if it is good or not. Perhaps some others can shed some light on that.
-Amish
Amish :
Q. do you get your revenue from affiliate commissions or do you engage in client management and lead generation?
We get our revenue from affiliate commissions, lead generation, CPA, and also running our own websites (ecommerce based).
We have been most successul with CPA and affiliate commissions.
Luke Fitzsimmons :
Thanks,
Sounds very interesting.
Rod Beckwith :
Amish,
Great…that is exactly what I wanted to know. I would like to add a new stream of income from PPC and this looks like a good place to start if you guys come through with the goods.
Didn't mean to be a pitbull…just looking for some straight players to learn from in this area.
Thanks and I hope that you get busy with the launch of whatever you guys are going to sell….;->
I am going to test that other service and see how it does
Thanks
Rod
Tom :
Hi Guys,
Come on guys: no proof, no credibility, no examples, no nothing. Why bother with that video. Awe us, show us something useful we can use right now, don't tell us how everyone else is a scammer and we should ignore them but listen to you guys instead - Shah and Ostrovsky. Yeah right. Sell your Product Launch Formula on ebay and go back to wall street, if that's even true. ALl your trying to do is cash in on the product launch craze and do what all those people that you dissed do. If that is not true, you would have shared some useful information instead of hot air, and hype.
Larry :
Tom,
Thanks for your comments. I completely feel where you are coming from. In this industry I wish more people had your "guilty until proven innocent" mindset. Fact of the matter is that we have a lot to prove and we intend to do it in the coming weeks. What you saw was video one of MANY more to come. There will be examples, there will be usefull information, there will be a surprise that will make you reconsider your comments.
I want to make something abundantly clear: WE WANT TO GENUINLY HELP PEOPLE SUCCEED - period! Based on your comments I see you have your bullshit meter on high alert, kudos! We accept the challenge to prove you wrong. STAY TUNED.
Ruth :
Hi,
I do feel what Tom is saying. Because every time I get with something like this, it ends up where you have to spend an atronomical amount of money to get the goods.
I don't have my bullshit meter on high alert
I honestly just want to learn something about this thing called PPC that has baffled me for so long without spending an arm and a leg AGAIN.
I GENUINLY WANT SUCCEED - period!
Thanks!
Ruth

Pat :
Look, people, this thing is FREE! They have said they won't be charging for it. They have said they'll be rolling out several videos to teach us this system. If they DO deliver the goods, can you appreciate how much blood and sweat goes into creating and presenting something like this?
They seem to be new at this internet marketing thing. But maybe they DO have something. Give them a chance.
This thing is FREE! If you don't think it's worth your time, just don't watch or listen! They're not holding a gun to your head.
If you've been scammed before, that's your fault, because you didn't examine critically and intelligently the stuff you bought. And you're expecting the same thing here - instant riches overnight! You can't wait to get your lazy hands on that $2M, can you?
Maybe after teaching us this system, for FREE, they might sell us a software or two. That's perfectly legit. And you have a choice to buy it or not.
This thing is FREE! Got that? So please stop whining, and and let the rest of us see what they've got.
Larry :
Hi Ruth,
I agree with what you're saying and although this may seem like a typical launch formula deal, it's not. Don't take my word for it, as things unfold you will see what we're about. All I ask is you don't close yourselves off because of negative feelings of past experience and allow us to show you what we have to offer. We are going to show you what works for us, if you follow it you will succeed. Our actions will speak louder than anything I can write here. Thanks for your interest.
Des Hacjney :
Can't give you a website address till I work out how to use one.
Des HacneyJP :
I'm not ready yet
tommy :
Very refreshing guys, I don't see how one could go wrong by taking the time to listen and watch your videos, all its costing is a few minutes of our time. In these days of IM every bit of info we can get is valuable. You have my attention!!!
Steve Montrose :
Hi
i have conducted extensive research on PPC via inquiring with several hundred online PPC advertisers and trying to get an honest answer from them about how successful their PPC program has been. for those who were willing to help me out with my research, a whopping 87% were losing money, 4% breakng even, 3% in the black, and 6% making good money. based on this research, i concluded the probability of making money with PPC is only 6%. which is why i have never used PPC. if your ideas can do something to dramatically improve this, what i call, default probablity of winning with PPC, i am all ears.
thanks for the site!
The Saving Lady :
I amin the same boat as everyone else. I have thousands of dollars worth of information that hasn't yet made me a dime on the Internet. I know it takes a lot of work, and I am more than willing to put in the effort so I can give up my paying job. And Steve, you are probably right about a 6% chance of makeing good money. I sincerely hope you guys have the winning formula to allow us to succeed. I'm looking for something very pure. I don't want to get involved with list building, joint ventures, writing my own e-book or anything complicated. Making money with affiliates is just fine with me. To date, I (and it seems like everyone here) have been unable to do that. The price is right for the education, and I'll hang in there.
Why is it that no guru is willing to show us their fabulous, money-making sites that they all talk about? Just curious.

Ron Killian :
I am also looking forward to see what happens with this one. Sure sounds too good, but no one can complain until they have to pay.
I've looked into PPC and have read many e-books, ect. I understand how it works, just always seemed a daunting task. Most important knowing exactly what is working and what is'nt, one big reason I have not jumped in, tracking being so important, and I believe the key to success or failure.
I do hope that people are not thinking this will be a easy no work process, the magic get rich quick program. Not to be rude, but if you've spent tons of money on e-books and programs and your still not making anything or getting anywhere, you need to stop buying stuff and take action. If you think list building or JV's or writing e-books is complicated, don't be surprized if this takes work also. It's only as complicated as you make it..:)
Information will not make you money by itself, taking action will.
As I said, I'm looking forward to this and until they ask for money, I'm not complaining..:)
Larry :
Ron,
Thanks for your input, everything you said is 100% on point! Success is something that requires work, patience, passion and dedication. If you think otherwise it's time for a paradigm shift. We will teach you what is working for us and then it's up to you to take that and implement it. Amish and I will make every effort to help you in the journey.
Your points on PPC are correct. Tracking, structuring campaigns (which helps with the tracking), keyword research and landing pages are a HUGE factors in success. We will be breaking all that down in the coming FREE videos, eBooks and tools.
